Pure Solutions teamed up with a leading Retail Finance company to deliver a 360 Leadership Values measurement tool.
The brief was to deliver an online, mobile-friendly solution that would assess and give their leaders valuable feedback on the company values.
Under tight timelines, the Pure Solutions team delivered a system that exceeded the brief. Managers were able to select raters online, with seamless verification workflow. Built-in participation tracking ensured that raters were selected on time and tracked rater participation & completion. Having this level of oversight of the process allowed HR to drive participation and delivered accurate and reliable results.
A reporting portal was provided, enabling quick and accurate generation and distribution of individual and organisation level reports.
