Our client provides affordable Financial Services products to middle income South Africans. We teamed up with them to provide a consistent and accessible tool to measure and track client sentiment toward their products and services.
Pure Solutions developed a secure online infographic portal that allows users to view and download visual representations of client sentiment to their products. Comments are analysed using AI technology and the client is able to export this information to Excel or PDF, and also view a visual representation online.
A reporting portal was provided, enabling quick and accurate generation and distribution of individual and organisation level reports.
