Staff Engagement Risks for a Leading SA Retail Group

Pure Solutions is a trusted partner to this retail giant, and we have assisted them to measure employee engagement for a number of years.
After the 2018 survey, we were asked to create an additional report which would assist HR and Leaders to identify potential areas of engagement vulnerability. This report would enable company Leaders and HR to intervene and proactively build engagement.
Pure Solutions responded to the brief by upgrading the reporting system, which allowed company HR to draw unlimited reports while still retaining anonymity and confidentiality for respondents. In addition, a new standard report was created that allowed store managers and leaders to intervene at team level to address employee engagement obstacles in a targeted and effective way.
